Overall Job Purpose
Co-ordinate and oversee, manage negotiate and settle claims and is account for the finalisation of the claim end-to end. Delegate authority to manage the process and resolve any conflict by a negotiating, settlement and finalisation functionality.

Essential/Basic Qualifications

Education and Experience Required
Qualifications required:(Essential)
– NQF Level 4: Grade 12
– A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial insurance claims
– Certificate of Proficiency
– ICIBS
