Key Purpose: This position is based in the Retail Distribution area, and reports to the Retail Distribution Operations Manager.

Key Outputs

  • Manage external leads provider interactions and processes
  • Analyse, monitor and report on production stats for leads providers
  • Identify adviser and sales trends
  • Attending to general administration
  • Achieve quality targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric
  • Minimum 2 year Discovery product and system knowledge
  • PC literacy – Outlook, Word, Excel, Paradigm, Cognos
  • Product house systems (advantageous).
