Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point). Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. The candidate must be able to work in a team.

Duties
To perform a variety of routine clerical duties that is related to the core function (training of students) of the College. The handling of less complicated routine correspondence and maintaining of prescripts and records related to the function of the College. Good planning and organising skills.

Notes
The successful candidates will be subjected to positive results of the security clearance process (citizenship, criminal records and financial records) and the verification of educational qualifications certificates. It is the applicant’s responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA). The candidature of persons whose appointment/transfer/promotion will promote representivity/equity (race, gender and disability) will receive preference. Applicants will be subjected to a preemployment Medical Surveillance. The institution reserves the right not to appoint.
