Requirements
Degree or National Diploma in Accounting. Three (3) years working experience in health environment as provincial technical support officer(PTSO). Knowledge of finance related software e.g SAP, Medicom and BAS.

Duties

  • Must have extensive knowledge of UPFS AND PFMA. Billing of medical Aid, MVA and other departments Accounts( i.e SAPS,Correctional Services).
  • Should be able to perform duties as sub-cashier or main cashier.
  • Should understand petty cash process.
  • Tracing of patient debts and updating of patient information.
  • Perform parking and accommodation reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Attend to Medical Aid and MVA rejections on monthly basis.
  • Be able to attend medical Aid queries and reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis.
