The Client Services Department delivers dynamic customer service by answering incoming calls timeously, resolving customer queries and upselling other idirect Insurance products on offer. Client Services Consultants also offer financial advice to the customer and handle retentions.

Essential/Basic Qualifications

  • NQF Level 4: Grade 12
  • Matric
  • COP (Certificate of Proficiency) in Short Term Insurance (NQF Level 4)
  • Two (2) years call centre experience in the Insurance industry
  • One (1) year Customer Service experience
  • One (1) year working experience in Short term or Long term insurance
  • 32 Credits in short term insurance equivalent to NQF Level 4
  • Passed RE 1
