Accountabilities:

  • Scanning & Indexing
  • Use the correct policy number or ID number when indexing the policy numbers
  • Route the work from Content Manager to the Indexing Client System, so that it can be indexed and then sent to the correct departments
  • Taking Hourly Stats
  • Emailing Documents & Retrievals
  • On a weekly basis obtain mail from the mailroom and sort the mail per department
  • Scan the mail received to the Content Manager and index on the Automatic Workflow Distribution (AWD) System
  • Receive Request From Claims Department
  • Process Indexed Payments
  • access invoices via Content Manager and index the documents
  • Follow up with brokers, advisers or external customers

Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for checking that all incoming (electronic and hand mail) are scanned and distributed to correct departments.

Essential/Basic Qualifications

Requirements:

  • NQF level 4: Grade 12
  • Diploma in Banking (Advantage)
  • Minimum 1 years administration experience in a back office environment (Essential)
  • Scanning and indexing experience (Preferred)
  • No criminal record
